The NBA season began Tuesday night with eight former Washington Huskies on opening-day rosters, which is the third most in the Pac-12 behind UCLA (15) and Arizona (13).
Every school in the Pac-12 is represented and the conference has 71 current NBA players, which ranks second behind the ACC (90). The SEC is third with 56 followed by the Big 12 (41), Big Ten (39) and Big East (29).
Markelle Fultz, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2017 draft, is latest Husky to join the NBA ranks.
