Monday mornings are normally a source of consternation in my household. This is especially true when we are in the butthole of the offseason, so far up it that we can’t even come close to seeing our way out.
But after a weekend of golf, volunteering, outdoor wood fired oven cooking and an epic Kenny Chesney concert, I’m feeling pretty good. Summertime is almost upon us and I, for one, am looking forward to it. Not even the commitment of a legacy recruit to an unspeakable rival can dampen my mood.
