Choate, who was hired as Montana State’s coach Dec. 4, will lead Washington’s defensive line one last time in Saturday’s Heart of Dallas Bowl.
The schedule has filled up considerably for Jeff Choate the past couple weeks. Most days, he has been spending his mornings at the Huskies’ football offices, preparing to coach Washington’s defensive line one last time in Saturday’s Heart of Dallas Bowl against Southern Mississippi.
Usually around noon he has been able to sneak in a workout before changing into his Montana State gear and heading out to recruit the Seattle area for players he hopes to soon bring with him to Bozeman, Mont.
