With one of the youngest teams in the league, the Boston Celtics have the opportunity to mold a culture however they want. That means adding hard workers, and players who're both physically and mentally tough.
This is reportedly why the Celtics passed on Washington's Robert Upshaw last Thursday night, according to the Boston Herald's Mark Murphy:
"According to one team source, the multi-talented 7-footer had enough promise to make him a mid- to high-20s pick. But he’s also been kicked out of two schools during the past two years — Fresno State and Washington this past January — for substance-abuse issues.
