The Washington Football team landed one of the most coveted quarterbacks in the nation in 2018 when former Georgia quarterback Jacob Eason transferred and joined the football team. NCAA rules, much like a delayed enlistment in the military, require transfer students to sit out a year before competing. So while the news was great, the return on Eason’s transfer won’t be effective until the 2019 football season.
So that’s that. Or is it?
I cannot believe that is truly the case After all, Jacob Eason competed in the South Eastern Conference, (SEC). That same SEC stands atop the NCAA in prestige of national rankings.
