Calmese's 18 lead Washington State past Idaho 90-67

PULLMAN, Wash. (AP) — Nate Calmese scored 18 points as Washington State beat Idaho 90-67 on Monday night.

Calmese added three steals for the Cougars (3-0). LeJuan Watts added 16 points while going 7 of 11 from the field while they also had 14 rebounds. Dane Erikstrup had 14 points and went 5 of 11 from the field (3 for 8 from 3-point range).

The Vandals (1-2) were led by Isaiah Brickner, who recorded 13 points. Julius Mims added 11 points and 11 rebounds for Idaho. Tyler Mrus also put up seven points.

Washington State took the lead with 5:29 left in the first half and never looked back.
