In a city that’s been roiled by ethics issues and the role of developers on the City Council, Bothell voters were supporting/opposing/dividing their preferences in three races that will change the council’s makeup.
Incumbent Andy Rheaume, a critic of the council majority led by developer and Mayor Joshua Freed, was leading/trailing two challengers for Position 2.
Rheaume had XX percent of the Tuesday returns, followed by newcomers Roz Gorc, a supporter of Freed with XX percent and Maryanna Price, who was critical of the current council majority, with XX percent.
In the race for two open seats being vacated by Freed allies, OneBothell President James McNeal was leading with XX percent, followed by software engineer Tim Ottersburg with XX percent and clinical psychologist Robert Carsrud with XX percent for Position 4.
