Anigwe has 29 and 23 to lead Cal over Washington State

BERKELEY, Calif. (AP) — Kristine Anigwe scored 29 points and grabbed a season-high 23 rebounds to help California beat Washington State 77-63 on Friday.

Anigwe, who had her second 20-20 game of the season, has recorded a double-double in all 16 of the Golden Bears' games this season. She averages 22.3 points per game and leads the nation in rebounding with 15.0 per game.

The Bears (11-5, 2-3 Pac-12) pulled away in the fourth quarter with an 18-2 run capped at 77-54 on Anigwe's layup with 2:24 left. The Cougars (7-10, 2-4) had closed the deficit to seven after trailing by as many as 15 early in the third quarter.
