Chris Petersen's "WOOF" tweet this afternoon sent Washington fans in a frenzy trying to figure out who the newest commit would be. Aaron Fuller, a receiver out of Lucas, Texas, was that man:

Fuller is a kid who was not on the radar of many Washington fans or recruiting writers, as evidenced by the fact that it wasn't until two hours after he sent out his commitment tweet that his commitment was reported.
