The Washington Redskins turned to a few weeks last August when envisioning their pass rush this season. That’s when linebacker Junior Galette displayed his talents, dipping low and getting around tackle Trent Williams. Not every time, mind you, but more than anyone else has in recent years.
Now, with Galette again done for the season thanks to an Achilles tear, they have to turn to another few weeks. This time, in December. And this time, it’s about Preston Smith. He finished the regular season with five sacks in three games; three coming in one game.
