The Washington Redskins made another roster move this weekend, signing defensive lineman Khairi Clark and waiving defensive back DeJuan Neal. This appears to be primarily roster churn likely driven by mild, short-term injury to Caleb Brantley (foot) and knee soreness that limited Tim Settle’s snaps in the second pre-season game.
Clark is a UDFA, who was briefly with the Jacksonville Jaguars this offseason, after finishing a 4-year career at Florida. He’s 6’1” and 311 pounds of interior lineman. Clark was a rotational player at Florida who racked up between 13 and 16 tackles every year.
