What are the odds? The Washington Commanders are home favorites against the New York Giants

The Washington Commanders lost their season opener against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 27-20, and start the Dan Quinn era with a 0-1 record. The defense was a mess and gave everyone flashbacks to last season. The offense couldn't get much going unless Jayden Daniels was using his legs.

They play their next game at home, the newly christened Northwest Stadium, to face the New York Giants. The Giants also started the season 0-1, losing to the Minnesota Vikings 28-6. Daniel Jones threw 2 INTS, and no touchdowns, and was outplayed by Vikings backup Sam Darnold.
