LANDOVER — The Washington Redskins entered the locker room at halftime Sunday against the Detroit Lions with something they haven’t had much of this season — a lead.
The Redskins have a 13-6 lead over the Lions after two quarters, thanks to a 91-yard touchdown return from Steven Sims and a pair of field goals from Dustin Hopkins.
This is the first time Washington has led since Week 6 against the Miami Dolphins, a game it ended up winning.
STEVEN SIMS.
