We're ready for the 3rd preseason game of the 2018 season for the Redskins, and Jay Gruden has a new toy to play with tonight. The Redskins are down 4 RBs over the last two weeks, so enter Adrian Peterson into the mix. The former All-Pro will make his debut in the Burgundy and Gold against the Denver Broncos tonight, and should see a healthy number of carries so the team can see what he's got left to offer.
Peterson signed a 1-year veteran minimum deal, but wants to compete for the starting job that is up in the air after Derrius Guice's season-ending ACL injury two weeks ago.
