On one hand, you know that your team is deep at a given position when there are several players who could take a substantial role. But on the flip side, there is some uncertainty surrounding the lineup, and what it may look like in the future.
The Washington Redskins have several of these position battles strewn about their 90-man roster. At some positions, roles are wide open for those who step up to the challenge. It’s anyone’s guess who the No. 2 cornerback might be when the regular season starts. Many believe Quinton Dunbar earned the slot with his play last season, but Orlando Scandrick and Fabian Moreau can’t be ruled out yet.
