ASHBURN, Virginia -- The Washington Redskins have agreed to a deal with former Baltimore Ravens first-round pick Breshad Perriman, who is trying to revive his career with a team in need of depth.
The move occurred on the same day the Redskins were reportedly trying to trade for receiver Josh Gordon, who ended up joining the New England Patriots.
Perriman, the 26th pick in the 2015 draft, struggled in Baltimore because of injuries and a lack of productivity on the field. In 27 games over three seasons with Baltimore, Perriman caught 43 passes for 576 yards and three touchdowns.
