Washington Commanders Roster Moves: No kickers, safeties or tight ends elevated for Eagles game

The Washington Commanders announced one roster move today. They have elevated DT Carl Davis for the third straight game. He has been active over former second round pick Phidarian Mathis, and that will likely be the situation again tomorrow. Davis is now out of practice squad elevations for the season, and the Commanders would need to sign him from the practice squad to have him on the active roster again.

The defensive line is expected to get some help next week with the return of former Pro Bowl DT Jonathan Allen. He has been on IR since tearing his pectoral muscle against the Ravens in October.
