Trent Williams and three other starters sidelined; Morris, Reed practicing

Left tackle Trent Williams was unable to practice on Wednesday because of a bruised left knee cap. Meanwhile, starting cornerback Chris Culliver, free safety Dashon Goldson and defensive end Jason Hatcher also watched from the sidelines.

Hatcher routinely receives Wednesday off to give his chronically sore knees additional time to heal. Culliver and Goldson’s injuries weren’t immediately known, but Coach Jay Gruden will provide updates on each after practice.

Running back Alfred Morris practiced despite being unable to play for much of last Sunday’s game because of bruised ribs, and tight end Jordan Reed, who sprained a medial collateral ligament late in the loss to Carolina, also practiced.
