2015 was going to be the season where a Redskins tight end emerged as a star and many thought that tight end would be Niles Paul. He won the starting job at tight end in training camp last season. But the tight end that did emerge as a star was Jordan Reed to the tune of 87 catches for 952 yards and 11 TD’s.
Niles Paul had beaten out Reed and was poised to have a big season himself but it wasn’t to be.
