Why he’s Number 5?
The Redskins signed defensive end Jason Hatcher to a 4-year $27.5 million contract last season as a free agent. He was coming off of an 11 sack season for the Dallas Cowboys in 2013 and Hatcher had impressed the Skins with some dominant performances against them.
