The 1991 Washington Redskins were easily one of the most dominant teams in the Super Bowl era.

Starting the season with 11 straight wins, the Redskins finished the regular season with a 14-2 record behind the league’s top offense (485 total points) and the league’s second-rated defense.

After defeating the Atlanta Falcons 24-7 in the Divisional Round of the playoffs, the Redskins hosted the Detroit Lions in the NFC Championship Game on Jan.
