Throwback Thursday: Art Monk, Darrell Green Find Out They're Going Into The Hall Of Fame

Jacoby is one of 15 finalists for enshrinement into the Pro Football Hall of Fame with the Class of 2016.

On Feb. 2, 2008, two of the best Redskins of all-time found out they’d be going into Canton, as Art Monk and Darrell Green were both selected.

Monk, like Jacoby right now, had to wait far too long to get in, as he was an eight-time finalist before getting enough votes.

The Syracuse product as the 18th overall-pick in the 1980 NFL Draft.
