The Richmond product – entering his fifth NFL season and second with the Redskins – has played on four different teams, each with their own systems.
And even during his first three seasons with the Buffalo Bills, Rogers played with two different head coaches – Chan Gailey and Doug Marrone – and three different defensive coordinators -- George Edwards, Dave Wannstedt and Mike Pettine.
