LANDOVER, Maryland -- The smile told a story that summed up Washington Redskins running back Kapri Bibbs' day, not to mention his turn of fortune.
The Redskins' games might be meaningless in the big picture; their playoff fate determined a week ago. Yet it's hard to tell players such as Bibbs the games don't matter. Just look at his face; beaming as he recalled his 36-yard catch and run; beaming because less than four weeks ago he was out of a job and wondering about his future. For Bibbs, a game like this is the difference between being signed somewhere in the offseason and getting another shot or, perhaps, being out of the league.
