For the third consecutive season, the Washington Redskins will be playing on Thanksgiving when they travel to Dallas and face the Cowboys at AT&T Stadium. The game will begin at 4:30 p.m. ET on Nov. 22.
It’s the first time in franchise history that the Redskins will play on Thanksgiving three years in a row. Washington lost to Dallas 31-26 on Thanksgiving in 2016 and beat the New York Giants 20-10 in 2017, when the team hosted its first game on the holiday at FedExField.
Besides last year, the only other time the Redskins played on Thanksgiving in consecutive years was the 1973-1974 seasons.
