The NFC East went from a bad division that was still fascinating in its own, sick and twisted way to a division that’s just flat out bad on Thursday. Both the Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys were blown out on Thanksgiving by the Detroit Lions and Carolina Panthers, losing by a combined 50 points.
Philadelphia is now 4-7 and has shown signs of giving up on Eagles Coach Chip Kelly during this three-game losing streak. Dallas is 3-8 and lost quarterback Tony Romo for the season after he reinjured his left collarbone and will reportedly be shut down for the season.
