The 'Ashburn Beach' Workout Is Apparently Very Exhausting

As Redskins players prepare for the upcoming season, maintain their shape for the offseason program, due to start in a couple of weeks, and kill boredom, they often prefer to try new workout methods with their teammates.

That was the case on Wednesday, when tight end Niles Paul corralled safety Su’a Cravens and wide receiver Maurice Harris to join him at the “Ashburn Beach,” apparently a recently branded patch of sand in a neighborhood park for a workout.

The regimen is put on by ELITE Athletic program, which makes sure to document a lot of the drills that they put players through.
