ASHBURN — Washington Redskins nose tackle Terrance Knighton did not participate in Thursday’s practice, along with cornerback Will Blackmon and safety Trenton Robinson.
Knighton was at a follow-up appointment for his cluster headaches, which prevented him from traveling to New England in Week 9.
“He’s had some symptoms, but he’s been able to deal with them,” coach Jay Gruden said on Thursday. “It’s just a routine checkup. It’s the only time he could get in to see [the specialist]. Hopefully they’ll find some answers for him.”
In last week’s 47-14 win against the New Orleans Saints, Knighton returned, but only played 11 snaps.
