Every year, the East-West Shrine Game produces NFL-level talent. While the game doesn’t have as much early-round appeal as the Senior Bowl, there are still plenty of contributors to be found in the contest.
Take last year’s game, for example. The Redskins had three Day 3 players that were featured in the Shrine Game. Cole Holcomb, Jimmy Moreland, and Jordan Brailford were the three players and the former two, Holcomb and Moreland, emerged with roles on the defensive side of the ball. And Brailford could’ve as well but was sidelined for the season with an injury.
