Cornerback Cary Williams is signing with the Washington Redskins, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
The Redskins suffered injuries to their secondary in Sunday's season finale against the Dallas Cowboys when cornerback Dashaun Phillips suffered a neck injury and safety Kyshoen Jarrett sustained nerve damage to his arm.
Jarrett has been ruled out for Sunday's wild-card playoff game against the Green Bay Packers. Phillips, who was diagnosed with a stinger, has a chance to practice Wednesday.
