Should the Redskins Sign a Veteran Running Back?

Last year, the Washington Redskins running game was significantly below average. Incumbent Alfred Morris was the team's leading rusher, running for 751 yards and a 3.7 yards per carry average. Rookie Matt Jones was even worse, totaling just 490 yards, and a 3.4 yards per carry average. The duo combined for just four rushing touchdowns(3 for Jones and 1 for Morris). To put this into perspective, Kirk Cousins scored five times on the ground in 2015.

So, what can the Redskins do to improve their running game in 2016?

The obvious answer is to get better up front.
