Scot McCloughan says Kaepernick is a starter, does not ‘respect’ his actions during anthem

Former Redskins general manager Scot McCloughan appeared on 106.7 The Fan’s Grant and Danny on Tuesday afternoon, discussing topics ranging from Washington running back Matt Jones to the Colin Kaepernick situation.
