Ron Rivera Presser: We need to get Cam Sims on the field more

Ron Rivera at the mic after practice. Said the Bills and Sean McDermott have been very methodical in rebuilding the team. It’s similar to what Rivera and McDermott, who were under Andy Reid in 1999, did with the Eagles, and the evidence shows it works.

Rivera said McDermott sticks to his plans very well, but he’s willing to adapt. He was very fortunate to have McDermott on his staff as a DC in Carolina, he said.
