Robert Kelley Scores Redskins' First Touchdown Of Preseason

After rookie quarterback Nate Sudfeld got his feet wet (completing two passes and one first down) to begin the second half of Thursday’s preseason opener against Atlanta and make his NFL debut, he made his second drive count.

Orchestrating a 7-play, 78-yard scoring drive to give the Redskins their first touchdown of the preseason, Sudfeld looked poised as he took command of the third-string offense.

It began promising. Starting on his own 22-yard line, Sudfeld, operating under center Austin Reiter, dropped back and found tight end Logan Paulsen wide open for an easy connection towards the sideline at midfield.
