Former Washington Redskin and current Cleveland Browns quarterback Robert Griffin III fractured his coracoid bone in his left shoulder and be reevaluated three or four weeks.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports the injury could be season ending for Griffin.
“It’s very unfortunate,” Browns head coach Hue Jackson said in a released statement. “Robert came in and has worked extremely hard to learn our offense and earn the respect of his teammates. This is a tough loss because everyone has seen how invested he has been in this team and his dedication to the work needed to improve his craft.
