Robert Griffin III has passed the final hurdle standing in his way and will play in Saturday’s preseason game at Baltimore.
During his appointment with a neurologist Thursday afternoon, the quarterback was found to be free of any lingering symptoms from the concussion that forced him out of last week’s game against Detroit.
Griffin had handled his usual workload during all of this week’s practices. As early as last Friday, people within the organization believed that he would likely play against Baltimore and not miss any action.
During a press conference earlier on Thursday, Griffin did not provide details on when or if it actually suffered a concussion.
