Reviewing Arie Kouandjio

The Washington Redskins entered the 2015 NFL Draft in dire need of help along their offensive line. Redskins General Manager, Scot McCloughan, has said many times that he will only draft the best player available at least through the first five rounds of the draft. He found more help for the line when guard Arie Kouandjio dropped to the 112th pick in the draft in the fourth round.

Initially, I didn’t like the pick of Kouandjio very much. I viewed him as too slow to reach the second level blocks against the ultra-quick linebackers he will see in the NFL.
