As the Washington Redskins look to reconstruct their secondary for the 2016 season, the team had safety David Bruton in for a visit on Tuesday according to ESPN’s John Keim.
Bruton, 28, is a veteran of seven NFL seasons, all coming with the Denver Broncos, who picked him in the fourth round of the 2009 NFL Draft out of Notre Dame.
For his career, Bruton -- who stands at 6-foot-2 and weighs 217 pounds -- has appeared in 104 regular season games with 162 tackles, 16 passes defensed, three interceptions and a sack.
