The Washington Redskins are bringing in a veteran center to complement a young offensive line, as NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport is reporting that the team is signing free agent John Sullivan.
Sullivan, 31, has started 93 games during his career along with 109 regular season appearances, all coming with the Minnesota Vikings from 2008-14. A sixth-round pick in the 2008 NFL Draft, Sullivan made his NFL debut on Sept. 8, 2008, against the Green Bay Packers.
Sullivan’s first NFL start came in the 2009 regular season opener when the Vikings defeated the Cleveland Browns 34-20.
