After recently completing a decade of service for the Washington Redskins, it appears that Kedric Golston will once again be returning to the team that selected him with the 196th-overall pick in the 2006 NFL Draft.
The Houston Chronicle’s Aaron Wilson is reporting that the Redskins have signed Golston to a one-year deal for the 2016 season.
Golston, 32, has recorded 222 tackles with seven sacks, seven passes defensed and two fumbles forced in his career with Washington.
While he hasn’t started a game since 2013, the University of Georgia product has been a key cog in the defensive line rotation and on special teams over the last two seasons.
