It was reported yesterday that the Redskins were bringing LT Donald Penn in for a workout, and now they reportedly want to sign him to a deal. Jay Gruden said today that the team would need to sign a veteran tackle, and they looked at several options.
Person with knowledge of such things says essentially it’s gonna be in Donald Penn’s hands whether or not he signs.
Was told last night money is gonna be a factor. Apparently the workout went well enough that it will come down to the number.
