Former Washington Redskins TE Fred Davis has reportedly been reinstated by the NFL. Davis was suspended indefinitely in February for violating the NFL's Substance of Abuse Policy.
The next day, Davis was charged with a DUI after allegedly being at a club all night and then being found passed out in his Phantom at an intersection. The charges were later dismissed. His brother hinted that a reinstatement was coming soon last week.
