Redskins work out QB Jimmy Clausen, WR Marlon Brown, and more

Remember when the Redskins were rumored to be interested in drafting QB Jimmy Clausen in the 2010 draft? Man those were scary times(almost as scary as trading multiple draft picks to a division rival for an obviously spent QB). Now 6 years later, Clausen has washed out as a starting QB, and has been floating around the league as a backup since the Carolina Panthers drafted the former Notre Dame signal caller 48th overall in the 2nd round. He started 10 games for the Panthers in his rookie season.

He has played for two other teams in that time, signing with the Chicago Bears after ending his disappointing Panthers career on injured reserve with a shoulder injury following his release.
