Redskins win 31-20

Three Browns turnovers allowed the Redskins to secure a 31-20 win, brining their record to 2-2 on the season.

The Redskins pulled together their best drive of the game to start the fourth quarter. Matt Jones ran for 52 yards on the drive, and Chris Thompson fielded the five yard pass to cap off the 91-yard drive with a touchdown. The drive would end up being the Redskins’ game-winning drive.

Washington struggled against the Browns run game, as Isaiah Crowell was able to gain 112 yards on just 15 carries. However, the Redskins were able to force three critical turnovers on three straight Cleveland drives.
