Football is truly a team sport that requires quality management, scheme, coaching and player development. By signing so many of their own free agents at the end of 2015 the team not only showed a commitment to those players but the Redskins have created a stable environment where guys know each other’s tendencies on the field and off.
The offense is loaded with weapons, youth, and a great scheme. With an offseason of work Matt Jones, Jamison Crowder, the right side of the offensive line and I’m throwing Kirk Cousins in the mix, as well, will all have a better command of the offense.
