Redskins will be tested inside by Jets' run game

ASHBURN, Va. -- Some interesting stats for Sunday's game between the Washington Redskins and New York Jets; all stats courtesy of ESPN Stats & Information:

  • The Jets want to win with power in the run game; they average 4.17 yards per carry (though starter Chris Ivory gets 5.0). Their longest run this season: 24 yards. Ivory leads the NFL in yards after contact per rush (2.94).

  • You want a stat that explains why one team is 2-3 and the other 3-1? Point differential off turnovers. The Jets have scored 31 points off 13 turnovers while allowing only seven off their seven giveaways.
