Just when it seemed like the Redskins were starting to make some promising personnel decisions early in the 2019 offseason, this happens.
For the past week, Washington has been loading up on players that have signed reserve/future deals. These contracts essentially tie players to a franchise before the next league year officially begins in March, and any player that inks a deal will be on the initial 90-man roster. The players that ink these deals are almost always upside-based players that deserve a chance to compete for a roster spot. And the Redskins had two of those types of players in Carlos Henderson and ArDarius Stewart.
