Traditionally, the third week of the Washington Redskins preseason schedule is known as the dress rehearsal game; it’s the game where the starters take a quick break from their break, in order to shake off the rust, get ready for the regular season, and get acclimated with their new cohorts on the starting lineup.
Some teams mix it up in preseason, and give their starters more or even less time, but generally, Week 3 is where you see most of the starters suit up. Thus, there are plenty of intriguing storylines stemming from the speculation around the Redskins starting lineup.
