Shawn Lauvao did not have a good start to today’s Redskins vs Falcons game. On the second play of the game, he had a questionable holding call wipe out a Jordan Reed first down catch. On the next play Falcons DT Grady Jarrett bull rushed him, and got the sack on Alex Smith. Lauvao went down clutching his knee, and was helped off the field. Lauvao has been dealing with a calf injury that has caused him to miss time, but he has played the last two games.
The Redskins are already missing LT Trent Williams on the offensive line after he had thumb surgery this week.
