Remarkably enough, the Washington Redskins weren’t eliminated from the playoff race until last week’s loss to the Green Bay Packers. Despite being 3-9 entering the week, they still had a very slim chance of winning the NFC East.
Now 3-10, those hopes are dashed and the Redskins are looking for one thing to close out this lost season: Growth.
The Redskins have a lot of young talent on both sides of the ball. Notably, they have Dwayne Haskins on offense, and he will need to be watched. But their defense is playing better in recent weeks with guys like Montez Sweat, Cole Holcomb, and Fabian Moreau growing into bigger roles on defense.
